From Port Elizabeth, travel about 20km on the N2 towards Grahamstown. Take the A335 signposted as Addo Elephant Park / Markman / Motherwell and travel about 40km to Addo. Just outside the village of Addo, turn left on the R336, signposted to Kirkwood. Travel for 9.7km and then cross over the Sundays River Bridge. (Here is the first signboard for Kududu Guest House.) 100m further turn left on the road signposted Nooitgedacht Treatment Works. Tarred road becomes gravel. Continue from turnoff for ±2km and turn at Kududu sign on to road marked “Private Road.” Continue for ±2km to gate on right. Keep left and continue down to Kududu Guest House
